Outpatient Addiction Treatment

At Pillars Health Group, our goal is to help individuals achieve and maintain sobriety as they rebuild a healthier life in recovery. We use compassionate and supportive individual and group therapy to help each individual managing their cravings and triggers. Through outplacement detox, intensive therapy, relapse prevention skill-building, and peer support, we help individuals realize a healthy and productive life.

We provide a comprehensive range of outpatient treatment options designed to support individuals dealing with addiction or substance use disorders (SUDs). Our approach combines clinical care with evidence-based therapeutic modalities to ensure each person receives support that aligns with their specific needs.

Clinical Treatment

Our clinical services for addiction treatment include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), as well as dual-diagnosis care for individuals facing both addiction mental health challenges. This integrated treatment targets both conditions simultaneously, promoting a better recovery, and lowering the chances of relapse. We also facilitate detox placement by referring clients to trusted detoxification facilities when prescribed.

For those requiring an intense level of care, we offer Full-Day and Half-Day Outpatient Treatment programs. These options provide a structured and supportive environment, tailored to individual recovery needs. After completing either program, clients can access Aftercare Services and join our Alumni Program if they choose to. Both programs are designed to reinforce treatment progress and support ongoing success as clients regain independence.

Therapeutic Care

In addition to clinical care, we offer a range of outpatient therapy services. Individual therapy sessions provide a confidential space to work through personal challenges. To supplement that, we offer group therapy to foster healing through shared experiences and peer support. We also offer trauma-informed therapy that creates a safe and supportive environment for individuals processing past trauma.

Our approach incorporates evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). These approaches equip individuals with skills that promote healthier thinking, emotional self-regulation, and effective coping strategies. For those who need added flexibility, we offer tele-health options through selected locations, making care accessible from the comfort of home.
