It combines evidence-based therapies, individual counseling, and recovery-focused activities led by master’s-level clinicians, all within a supportive peer environment. The Half-Day Outpatient Treatment Program is designed for those who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health issues.

In addition to the group sessions in the daily schedule, clients can expect to have one weekly individual session. They’ll also have access to a psychiatric nurse practitioner for any potential medication management, or family support needs.

Each client will have a case manager to monitor their progress throughout treatment. There is an optional 12-Step Program offered for those who seek it, and it can be fit into a client’s weekly schedule. Lunch will be provided every day!

Clinical Services

At Pillars Health Group, we offer a comprehensive range of clinical services designed to support individuals on their journey to recovery. These include medication management, and mental health support. We also have a certified nurse practitioner available to assist clients as needed.

Medication Management and Mental Health Support

For clients that could benefit from medication to help with their mental health conditions, we provide medication management services. When medication is deemed necessary, our team will coordinate with the client’s prescribing physician if we are unable to prescribe it directly. This collaborative approach ensures clients receive the right support without interruption.

After Half-Day Treatment in Middlesex or Cumberland County

After completing the Half-Day Outpatient Treatment Program, individuals are encouraged to partake in our Aftercare Planning.

Aftercare Planning is intended to help participants sharpen their recovery skills, and continue the course after treatment. It’s also an opportunity to work through any issues they may have encountered while assuming a greater level of independence.

Pillars Health Group also offers Alumni Programs, giving clients access to peer support, sober events, and more. Our Alumni Programs and Aftercare Planning both help reinforce the skills learned during treatment.
