As a local community-focused organization, Pillars Health Group is committed to serving and fostering well-being through accessible therapy, outpatient programs, and comprehensive clinical services. We are proud to help individuals reclaim their lives and build a foundation for lasting mental wellness.
Pillars offers evidence-based Full-Day and Half-Day outpatient treatment programs, designed to meet the needs of individuals struggling with mental health disorders. With locations in Massachusetts and Maine, our clients receive personalized care tailored to their stage of recovery.
Full-Day Outpatient Treatment
The Full-Day Outpatient Treatment Program represents Pillars’ most structured and immersive outpatient level of care, ideal for adult or teen clients who require daily therapeutic engagement but don’t need residential supervision. Clients typically attend treatment five days a week (Monday through Friday), combining master’s-level clinical care, group and individual therapy, and peer support in a focused recovery schedule.
This high-intensity outpatient setting supports recovery from mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, dissociative disorders, and personality disorders.
Half-Day Outpatient Treatment
Our Half-Day Outpatient Program offers a more flexible schedule, typically three to five days per week, beginning with longer treatment days and gradually decreasing as progress is made. This format is ideal for individuals balancing recovery with work, school, or family responsibilities. Participants receive the same evidence-based therapies and individualized care while maintaining greater flexibility in their daily lives.
Treatment includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), case management, individual counseling, group therapy, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when clinically appropriate.
