Outpatient Treatment Programs in Middlesex & Cumberland County
At Pillars Health Group, our Half- and Full-Day Outpatient Treatment Programs are designed to provide robust support. These structured programs offer intensive therapy and counseling, enabling individuals to balance their treatment with personal or professional commitments.
Full-Day Outpatient Treatment Program
Our Full-Day Outpatient Treatment Program, commonly known as a partial hospitalization program (PHP), is intended for those who could benefit from care and supervision throughout the day. While it’s usually recommended that an individual in Full-Day treatment commit to five-to-six days a week, our programs are flexible and capable of fitting into anyone’s schedule.
Half-Day Outpatient Treatment Program
Our Half-Day Outpatient Treatment Program, commonly known as an intensive outpatient program (IOP), facilitates the transition towards independent living. Typically three-to-five days a week, Half-Day treatment provides ongoing support and guidance from our treatment team for a portion of the day, allowing clients to practice newly acquired skills in a real-world setting. This lets individuals actively implement their recovery plan while still benefiting from the support they need.
Aftercare Planning & Support for Lasting Recovery
At Pillars Health Group, our Aftercare Planning offers a supportive and flexible approach to continued recovery for individuals who have completed initial Full-Day or Half-Day Outpatient Treatment Program. Aftercare provides a safe and structured environment for ongoing support as clients reintegrate into daily life.
Designed for those ready for increased independence, our Aftercare Planning ensures that individuals are never truly alone on their recovery journey. We remain committed to providing continued support and guidance even after the completion of more intensive programs.
