At Pillars Health Group, we strive to provide individuals with the tools necessary to improve their emotional well-being and mental health. We aim to help clients heal through a blended mix of one-on-one therapy, group therapy, and peer support. It’s our mission to change negative thought patterns into positive ones, setting up individuals for success as they return to a healthy, happier life.
We offer a range of outpatient treatment programs tailored to support individuals struggling with mental health challenges. Our approach integrates both clinical services and therapy, ensuring that each client gets the care that meets their unique needs.
Half-Day and Full-Day Outpatient Treatment Programs
Our Half-Day and Full-Day Outpatient Treatment Programs are designed to deliver strong, consistent support while allowing flexibility. These structured programs provide intensive therapy and counseling so individuals can continue managing personal or professional responsibilities alongside treatment.
The Full-Day Outpatient Treatment Program, often referred to as a partial hospitalization program (PHP), is ideal for individuals who benefit from comprehensive care and supervision during the day. While participants are typically encouraged to attend five to six days per week, the program is flexible and can be tailored to fit individual schedules.
The Half-Day Outpatient Treatment Program, commonly known as an intensive outpatient program (IOP), supports individuals as they transition toward greater independence. Usually meeting three to five days per week, this program offers continued guidance and therapeutic support for part of the day. It also gives clients the opportunity to apply the skills they’ve learned in real-life situations, helping them actively build and maintain their recovery while still receiving the support they need.
Aftercare Planning & Support for Lasting Recovery
At Pillars Health Group, our Aftercare Planning provides ongoing, flexible support for individuals who have completed a Full-Day or Half-Day Outpatient Treatment Program. This phase of care offers a safe, structured environment to help clients maintain progress as they transition back into everyday life.
Created for those who are ready for greater independence, our Aftercare Planning ensures continued connection and support throughout the recovery journey. Even after completing more intensive programs, our team remains dedicated to offering guidance, encouragement, and resources every step of the way.
Clinical Treatment
Our clinical services for mental health treatment includes medication medication management, and for those experiencing a co-occurring mental health disorder with substance use or addiction, we offer dual-diagnosis treatment. This integrated approach addresses both conditions simultaneously, improving outcomes and reducing the risk of relapse. Also, for those suffering from a co-occurring disorder we offer detox outplacement, where we refer clients to a trusted detox location before beginning outpatient treatment.

Therapeutic Care
Beyond clinical interventions, we provide a variety of outpatient therapy options. We offer individual therapy, which provides a private setting in which to explore their struggles. Group therapy allows clients to connect and heal with other peers through shared experiences. Our trauma-informed therapy is designed to provide a safe space for those to explore a history of trauma.
We also incorporate evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), both of which help individuals develop healthier thought patterns, emotional regulation, constructive responses to stressors, and coping mechanisms.
