We currently operate in three locations: Tewksbury, MA, South Portland, ME, and Concord, MA. In Tewksbury, we treat adults for mental health challenges and addiction/substance use disorder (SUD). In South Portland, we specialize in adult mental health treatment. In Concord, we specialize in adolescent mental health treatment.

Pillars specializes in treating a wide range of mental health conditions. Our team provides compassionate, personalized care for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder (BPD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and more.

At our Concord, MA location, we also specialize in teen-related mental health challenges, including personality disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, attachment-based issues, family conflict, and social-emotional challenges.

At our Tewksbury, MA location, we specialize in both mental health treatment and addiction treatment. We provide personalized care for alcohol addiction, Adderall addiction, cocaine addiction, hallucinogen addiction, heroin addiction, marijuana addiction, MDMA addiction, meth addiction, prescription drug addiction, and opioid addiction.

If you’re concerned about being able to commit to the Half-Day or Full-Day schedules, no worries. Our counselors are here to help. Regardless of your schedule and commitments, we’re willing to work with you to design a treatment plan that will fulfill your needs and goals. We’ll cater it to your unique needs, giving you the flexibility to recover in a way that works for you.

In outpatient treatment, clients can maintain their daily responsibilities while still getting the help and resources they need to recover. In inpatient treatment, individuals will live at a treatment center and receive constant care. At Pillars Health Group, we specialize in outpatient treatment, and we do not provide inpatient treatment.

Outpatient treatment will typically last eight to 12 weeks, but it can be longer or shorter depending on each individual’s unique treatment needs and progress.

Relapse is a common part of recovery, and not something to be ashamed about. If you relapse, our case managers will work with you to adjust your treatment plan as needed. It will likely be recommended that you receive a higher level of care.

Anyone who has successfully completed an outpatient treatment program at a Pillars Health Group location is eligible to join our Alumni Program.
