For those who require intensive care, we offer Full-Day and Half-Day Outpatient Treatment programs. Each option provides individuals with a structured schedule of treatment. Upon finishing either program, clients are offered access to our Aftercare Services and our Alumni Program. Both help reinforce the lessons learned in treatment and set individuals up for success as they gain more independence.

Therapeutic Care

Beyond clinical interventions, we provide a variety of outpatient therapy options. We offer individual therapy, which provides a private setting in which to explore their struggles. Group therapy allows clients to connect and heal with other peers through shared experiences. Our trauma-informed therapy is designed to provide a safe space for those to explore a history of trauma.

We also incorporate evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), both of which help individuals develop healthier thought patterns, emotional regulation, constructive responses to stressors, and coping mechanisms. For those seeking flexibility, our tele-health services ensure that care is accessible from the. comfort of home.
