When you contact us, we’ll listen closely and with compassion. Together we’ll explore what’s troubling you, and what you’d like to improve about your life. We’ll also work with your insurance company to understand your benefits, and determine your coverage. Once we’ve spoken with your insurance provider, we’ll reach back out to you and let you know what your cost, if anything, will be for treatment.

From there, one of our compassionate staff will schedule a time with you to conduct a one-on-one assessment. The assessment consists of a battery of simple questions that will help us determine the best program and path forward for you. It will typically take 45 minutes to complete.

After the assessment, if you’re ready and motivated to get help, we’ll work with you and your schedule to find the right time and day to schedule treatment. We understand that everyone’s schedule is different, and certain obligations can make committing to treatment difficult. Regardless of your schedule, we’ll be as flexible as possible to accommodate you. If you don’t have significant scheduling conflicts, treatment could start as early as the next day!
